How do you submit a complaint?
- Mail your complaint to email@example.com. Describe the complaint as clearly as possible. This could be a complaint about the product or service. If you think the product is defective, first check this page. Often there is something else going on. < / li>
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us.
- You will receive a substantive response to your complaint from us within 14 days.
- You may also submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform
- Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague ( www.sgc.nl ). Li >
