Online-hearingaids.com is not only a webshop, we can also help you in one of our partnered hearing centers. However, you can actually visit any audiologist, anywhere in the world!

Why coming by is actually not necessary:

Our audiologists can help anyone directly at home, because all of our hearing aids can be adjusted for you remotely and individually. Even if you don't yet have an audiogram. Even a consultation can be done remotely. No need to go anywhere!

What if you want to come by anyway?

Then you have 2 possibilities:

1. You visit one of our hearing centers or service points;
2. Visit (after receiving your hearing aid) any local hearing center for aftercare.

Please note that all our hearing aids are guaranteed for at least 1 year worldwide. This means that during that period you can have your hearing aid repaired at any local hearing center.

Everything can be done remotely

We have service points in various places, but dropping by is actually no longer necessary at all... It used to be quite normal to physically visit an audiologist, but thankfully that is no longer necessary.

Our digital audiologist can help anyone right from home, as all our advanced hearing aids can be set up remotely and customised for you. Even if you don't yet have an audiogram. So going somewhere is not necessary!

Ear impressions cannot be done remotely

If you opt for a custom-made in-the-ear hearing aid, however, a visit to a service location is necessary. After we receive your order, we will contact you to make an appointment for ear impressions.
