How does our online service work?

We can help you completely online.
Visiting stores on location? That's unnecessary!

Do you need help or an adjustment? That's no problem.
Within 60 days we will do another free remote adjustment. Outside the 60 days after adjustment you are of course also welcome for our online service, for this you request a remote consultation. The costs for this are €35,-.

Our hearing care professional will make the appointment via our software and the associated app that you must install on your phone.

During the appointment with our audiologist, you are both logged in at the agreed time. As soon as contact has been made with the hearing aids and the software, a remote test can be made. We see the result of this measurement on our screen and can use the software to perfectly adjust the hearing aid. In addition, we can do a speech test to see if speech understanding has indeed improved. After the adjustment, you can immediately use the hearing aids!

Physically visit a store? No need! Easily maintain your hearing aid yourself.

Step 1. Make sure there is no earwax in the ear, clean your ears regularly.

Step 2. Replace the filter at least every 8 weeks. Earwax can get in and make the hearing aid less effective.

Step 3. Rechargeable hearing aid? Check the contacts of the hearing aid and the charger and clean them regularly with special alcohol wipes. This will ensure that the hearing aid charges properly.

Step 4. Clean the domes every night so that they do not get clogged. If necessary, replace them with new ones.

Step 5. Replace dead batteries to maintain good hearing.
