We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days. Should there be a delay in dispatching your product, we will inform you in a timely manner.
The delivery time may be longer if you have ordered a custom-made product (such as earmolds). This product is made specifically to your measurements.

Carriers
Orders are sent by PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS. For packages outside Europe, we always choose the best carrier based on our experience to ensure that your package arrives without problems.
Tracking the package
After you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation. The order confirmation contains a Track & Trace link with which you can track your shipment. If the delivery person is at your door, the delivery person will leave the package with the neighbors or otherwise offer it another time. If the delivery person has offered the package multiple times without success, it will be delivered to a collection point.
Order not delivered/missing products
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes something can go wrong. In this case, we ask you to contact us by email us at online@makker.nl.
