How does ordering a hearing aid at Online-HearingAids.com work?
Use our Advice tool to find the perfect hearing aid.
- Place your order online and if you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
- Enter your delivery address. We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days.
- During the payment process, choose how you want to pay: iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, Klarna or credit card (Mastercard/VISA).
After ordering, we will contact you for your audiogram and a questionnaire, so that our hearing care professionals can perfectly adjust your device. Have you ordered a custom-made product? We will then also contact you for your ear mold.
What payment options are there?
We offer the following secure payment methods:

- Klarna: With Klarna lets you choose during checkout whether you want to pay immediately, afterwards or in installments. Any additional costs will be shown by Klarna during the payment process. More information can be found in the Klarna terms and conditions.
Can I pay in installments?
You can pay with Klarna in three equal installments without interest, if approved by Klarna.
Can I return products?
- Hearing aids can be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
- For other products, such as accessories, a return period of 14 days applies.

How does Online-HearingAids refund the money?
We will refund the purchase amount to the same account you used to pay. If you paid by manual transfer, we will contact you.
What happens if I order from outside the EU?
If you order from outside the EU, you will have to pay customs clearance costs because we do not charge VAT. This may incur additional costs upon receipt of your order.
