Why coming by is actually not necessary:

Our audiologists can help everyone directly at home, because all our hearing aids can be adjusted remotely and to your specifications. Even if you don't have an audiogram yet. A consultation can also be done remotely. So going somewhere is really no longer necessary!

What if you still want to come by?

Then you have 2 options:

• You visit one of our hearing centres or service points. You make an appointment for this in advance.
• You visit (after receiving your hearing aid) any local audiologist for aftercare

Please note: all our hearing aids have at least a 1-year worldwide warranty. This means that you can also have your hearing aid repaired by a local audiologist during this period.

Ear printing cannot be done remotely

If you choose a custom-made in-the-ear hearing aid, a visit to a service location is necessary. After we receive your order, we will contact you to make an appointment for the ear molds.
