Before processing your hearing aid order, our Star-certified audiologists will check whether this is truly the best choice for you.
No, it is not strictly necessary to provide an audiogram beforehand. We can first send your hearing aids to you, after which we will conduct an online hearing test together. Our hearing care professionals will use the results of this test to fine-tune your hearing aids remotely. Do you already have an audiogram? Our audiologist will then perfectly adjust your hearing aid to your situation. If you have an audiogram, you can share your preferences via email, and we will pre-program your hearing aid. Within 7 days, you will receive your hearing aid ready to use at home. If you don’t have an audiogram, we will send the hearing aid without any settings. Once you’ve received it, contact us, and we will conduct a hearing test together and adjust the hearing aid remotely. This keeps costs transparent, ensuring you never pay for unnecessary extras. Additionally, we offer the fairest price guarantee, meaning you are always assured of the best price for your hearing aids. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we will match it. Need additional visits to a hearing care professional? That’s absolutely possible, but these costs will be charged separately. This flexible model and our price guarantee ensure that you never pay more than necessary.
An appointment with the hearing care professional is free of charge during the first 60 days after purchase. After this period, an online appointment costs €35, and a appointment on location costs €49.

The hearing care professional will adjust your hearing aids within 7 days and then ship them to you. Once your hearing aids have been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace code to follow the shipment. For in-the-ear hearing aids, the delivery time is typically within 3 weeks, unless the ear impressions have not yet been received.
Yes, your hearing aids are always shipped with insurance. If the package is lost, we will send you new hearing aids free of charge.
Yes, we ship worldwide, including to countries outside the European Union. Thanks to our online approach, we can serve customers anywhere in the world. Please note: shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional costs, such as customs clearance fees and local taxes (e.g., VAT).
You can return hearing aids within 60 days and other items within 30 days.

Reimbursement
Whether you receive reimbursement for hearing aids from Online-Hearing-Aids depends on your insurance provider and policy. Warranty & Repair
Yes, all hearing aids from Online-HearingAids come with a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. You can extend the warranty to 5 years by purchasing an additional 3-year warranty. We highly recommend upgrading to the 5-year warranty, as a single repair costs €145 per hearing aid. The cost of extending the warranty is €99 within the EU and €199 outside the EU, regardless of the number of repairs needed during the warranty period.
Yes, hearing aid chargers come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, and hearing aid speakers have a 1-year warranty.
For the first 2 years, you can claim warranty worldwide through the manufacturer. After this period, or if you prefer, you can claim warranty directly with Online-Hearing-Aids. Repairs are completely free within the first 2 years. After this period, the cost for repairing your hearing aid is €149 per device, unless you have purchased an extended warranty.
When purchasing hearing aids, you can opt to buy spare hearing aids for €224.50 per device. This ensures you always have a backup available. If you decide to purchase spare hearing aids later, that’s also possible. The cost is then €299 per device. With this option, you’re guaranteed continuous use of your hearing aids, even in the event of a defect.
