HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

To return the items, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders.”

2. Select the product you wish to return.

3. Choose a reason for the return request.

4. Optionally, add a comment.

5. Submit the return request.

Your return request will be reviewed within 72 hours. If accepted, a return label will be generated for returns within the Netherlands and Belgium. The return shipping cost within these countries is €5.95.

Please return the goods in their original and undamaged condition, preferably in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, a depreciation fee may be applied.

We will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR RETURNS?

Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, these costs are €5.95, and a return label will be generated for you. For other countries, return costs depend on the size, weight, and carrier. Within the EU, you can return your package using any local carrier. Please do not send your package as cash on delivery.

Note: Shipments from Outside the EU

If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please use UPS or FedEx and include an invoice marked with "Duty Paid" and "Returned Goods" to avoid import duties. We cannot accept shipments with outstanding import duties.

  • EXCEPTION: Hygiene Products

Products such as earplugs and earmolds, where the seal has been broken, cannot be returned.
