Can I try the hearing aids first?
Yes, order your hearing aids in our webshop and we will send them to you. We have a 60-day return policy for hearing aids. Unsatisfied? No problem, you can return the hearing aid and we will refund the money to your account.
Do I get reimbursement from my health insurer?
Request a quote from us and submit it to your health insurer. Your health insurer will then tell you whether you will receive reimbursement and how much reimbursement you will get.
How does it work with "in the ear" hearing aids?
Certain in-ear hearing aids require an earmold. Place your order in the webshop and make your ear specifications locally. You can then send your ear specifications to our office in the Netherlands. You can also make ear prints/scans at one of our service points in Europe.
Do you have any service points outside of the Netherlands?
All settings and adjustments can be done 100% remotely.

Can I return if I'm not satisfied?
Yes of course! You have 60 days to return your hearing aids if you are not satisfied.
How come you're so cheap?
Online-HearingAids.com does not charge unnecessary extra service costs. If you want an adjustment, you do not pay hundreds of euros in advance, but you pay us for what you really need. A remote adjustment costs 35 euros for 30 minutes or 49 euros for 30 minutes at a physical service point. Most of our customers only need 1 adjustment every 2 years.
Are the hearing aids shipped safely?
Yes, we ship all our products insured with PostNL, UPS or DHL. You always receive your products, guaranteed.
What should I do if my hearing aids break?
We provide a 2-year warranty as standard. For 99 euros per hearing aid you can upgrade to 5 years. This means that if something breaks in the meantime, your hearing aids will be repaired.
How do I adjust the hearing aids later?
You can receive a remote adjustment for 35 euros for 30 minutes. However, 98% of our customers are satisfied with the first adjustments and do not need a second adjustment within 2 years. Why? we work with the most advanced hearing aids.
