How do you replace the filter with the Unitron Cerustop Filters?

How do you replace a filter? You grab the hearing aid by the speaker and pull the dome off with your thumb and index finger. Then you take a black stick from the packaging. On one side of the stick there is a black end. On the other side there is a white end. You push the black end into the filter of the speaker, it stays there so that when you pull the black stick out, you pull the filter out with it. Then you turn the black stick around so that you push the white end into the speaker. It then automatically stays in the speaker when you pull the black stick back.
