Of course! You have 60 days to return your hearing aids if you are not satisfied. For an in-the-ear hearing aid, we charge for the custom-made part. The costs for this are €50,- per ear.
If you order a hearing aid from Online-HearingAids.com, the adjustments of the hearing aids are free for the first 60 days. The hearing aids have a standard warranty of 2 years. In addition, the filters, domes and batteries (if battery device) are included in the price.
If you do not have an ear mold, we will schedule an appointment at one of our locations. During the appointment, we will make the impression.
