ReSound Nexia RIE 962

ReSound is in general an excellent "all-round" hearing aid brand. In addition, Nexia hearing aids feature Auracast Bluetooth. With the Nexia series, they added the Front Focus Feature in all devices with technology level 9. This feature improves speech understanding by allowing the hearing aid to focus on the person in front of you by an additional 4 decibels. Studies show that 1 decibel can improve speech understanding by 10% in noisy environments. 4 extra decibels can therefore improve 1-on-1 conversations by over 40%.
