The Phonak Smokey Domes are suitable for all (micro) hearing aids with slim tubes and RITE (in-ear loudspeaker) hearing aids. How do you replace a dome on a Unitron or Phonak hearing aid? Hold the thintube between your thumb and forefinger with one hand. With your other hand, pull the dome off. Then take a new dome and press it onto the thin tube. Do not forget to press the whole thing well with your thumb.-
