When you order a hearing aid from Online-HearingAids.com, the adjustments of the hearing aids are free for the first 60 days. The hearing aids have a standard warranty of 2 years. In addition, the filters, domes and batteries (if battery device) are included in the price.

No. After purchasing the hearing aid, you are always welcome to come to us, but of course you can go to any other audiologist with your hearing aid to have it adjusted or maintained. You must make arrangements for this with another audiologist.
Visiting a physical location is not necessary. During the first (video) appointment, we will perform an extensive hearing test if necessary, and we will fully adjust the hearing aid to your hearing loss; this is included in the purchase price. If you would like to visit more often for a consultation with the audiologist or advice, that is possible. We do charge a fee for this. We do not include any additional visits in the price of the hearing aid, because this allows us to keep the costs low for everyone. So you only pay for what you use. We think that is fair.
We employ very experienced hearing aid specialists. The hearing aid specialists are available by phone for advice. The chat box is also online to ask questions directly to Star certified and specialized hearing aid specialists. There is even the possibility to speak to each other via video chat.
Our hearing care professionals are also available to assist you in our hearing centre in Naarden and at various other locations. They can provide you with extensive advice and information by appointment.
After placing the order, you will always be contacted to hear any wishes. We will need the audiogram from you anyway. You can upload this during the order or send it by e-mail. It is also possible for some hearing aids to do a remote hearing test after receiving the hearing aids.

With Online-HearingAids you pay for the hearing aid and one extensive adjustment by a Star certified audiologist. If you want more visits to an audiologist you pay for this separately.
A hearing aid is never free. However, in some cases it can be fully reimbursed. In that case, do not forget to take into account that you have to pay your own risk. Furthermore, an insurer only reimburses a hearing aid once every 5 years. So do you want to use an advanced hearing aid now, but did you receive reimbursement for a hearing aid a few years ago? Then you are not entitled to reimbursement anyway. In that case, Online-HearingAids.com offers a solution, we offer hearing aids at competitive prices.
The above only applies to Dutch customers. If you do not live in the Netherlands or are not insured in the Netherlands, the above usually does not apply.
The first setting is done by the audiologist. You can also use a free remote adjustment in the first 60 days. For a physical appointment at one of our service points you pay 49 euros per half hour. For a video appointment you pay 35 euros.

Yes, there is a standard 2-year factory warranty on the hearing aids. You can purchase an additional 3-year warranty so that you have a 5-year warranty. We always recommend purchasing an additional warranty of 2 to 5 years. A repair costs 145 euros per repair per hearing aid. Purchasing an additional warranty costs 99 euros within the EU and 199 euros outside the EU, regardless of the number of repairs.

Yes. Hearing aid chargers come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
Yes. There is a 1-year warranty on the hearing aid speakers. This is an additional warranty offered by the seller.
No. The warranty is worldwide for the first year anyway. This means that you can also go to a local audiologist for a repair. The costs for the repair should not be charged. However, an audiologist can charge administration costs.
