How do I request a quote?

  1. Go to the product page of the product you would like a quote for
  2. Choose left, right or both devices and select a color
  3. Click on the quote button (below the add to cart button).
  4. Below the hearing aid we give you some suggestions of products that may also be of interest to you. If you also want these products on the quote, click on the button at the bottom of that product.
  5. Once you have finished selecting the products for the quote, click on view quote.
  6. Now you will get an overview of all the products that we will put on the quotation for you. Here you can still remove products or increase the number of products.
  7. If you wish, you can upload your audiogram at the top of the page. We can then immediately check whether your hearing loss is compatible with the hearing aid you have chosen.
  8. Enter your contact details on the right.
  9. Click the button to submit the quote.

After submitting the quote request, you will receive a confirmation email. If additional information is needed, we will contact you. As soon as the quote is prepared, you will receive it by email.

What happens after my application?

  1. Confirmation email: After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This will state that your request has been received. We will process your request as soon as possible.
  2. Contact moment for more information: In some cases it may be necessary to obtain more information before we can make a quote. For example, if there are any ambiguities in your request or if there are specific questions about your wishes, we will contact you.
  3. E-mail with quotation: Once we have collected all the necessary information, we can draw up the quotation. The quotation contains all relevant information, such as price, delivery conditions, payment conditions and other important information. The quotation will then be sent to you by e-mail.
