How does the ordering process work?

• Step 1: Place your product(s) in the shopping cart. Our website will give you suggestions for products that you may need. Very easy, then you can't forget anything! Before you pay, you can see which products you get for free to complete your order.
  
• Step 2: Pay securely online. You can pay with all common payment methods.
  
• Step 3: Congratulations! You have ordered and we are going to work for you.
  
• Step 4: Our audiologist will send you an email to perfectly set the devices to your needs and situation. In this email you can still leave all your questions and comments for the audiologist.

3. Our audiologist will adjust your hearing aid to your situation
You can choose from 2 options together with our hearing care professional to adjust the hearing aid.

• Option 1: You have an audiogram - Based on your wishes, which you indicate by e-mail, the audiologist will send you your adjusted hearing aid by post. We will send you your hearing aids ready for use within 7 days.
• Option 2 : You do not have an audiogram - The hearing care professional will send you the hearing aid without an adjustment. You will contact them as soon as the hearing aids have arrived. We will then perform the hearing test and adjustment together remotely.

During the first 60 days, we will happily adjust your hearing aids free of charge if you are not 100% satisfied.
