Pair Phonak Hearing Aid to App

To pair your Phonak hearing aids with your iPhone, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure your iPhone is turned on and unlocked.
2. Go to “Settings” on your iPhone and tap on “Bluetooth”.
3. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. If it is not turned on, turn it on.
4. Open the battery compartment of the Phonak hearing aids. This will put them into pairing mode.
5. On your iPhone you will now see a list of available devices. Find the Phonak hearing aids and tap to select them.
6. Follow the instructions on your iPhone to complete the pairing process.
7. Once paired, you can use the various features of the Phonak hearing aids via your iPhone. This includes streaming phone calls, music and other audio directly to the hearing aids.

How do I connect my Phonak hearing aids to my Android phone?

1. Go to the home screen of your Android phone and tap on the “Settings” icon.
2. In the settings menu, tap the “Bluetooth” icon.
3. Turn on Bluetooth by tapping the slider.
4. Open the battery compartment of the hearing aids for 5 seconds and then close it again. If the hearing aid is rechargeable, put it in the charger for 10 seconds and remove it again (the hearing aid will then restart).
5. The Android phone will now display the following message: “Available devices”.
6. The name of the hearing aids (R Phonak Hearing Aids or L Phonak Hearing Aids) will be displayed on the screen with a telephone symbol next to it. Tap it to select it.
7. You will now hear a connection sound in the paired hearing aid.
8. The Android phone is now connected to your Phonak.
