Certain in-ear devices require an ear mold. Place your order in the webshop and measure your ear specifications locally. You can then send these specifications to our office in the Netherlands. You can also make ear molds at one of our service points within Europe.
All settings and adjustments can be done 100% remotely. Yes, we also have several partners spread all over the world.

Online-hearingaids.com does not charge any additional unnecessary service costs. If you just want an adjustment, you do not pay hundreds of euros in advance. This way you only pay us for what you really need.
A remote adjustment appointment costs 35 euros for 30 minutes, or 49 euros for 30 minutes at a physical service point. Most of our customers only need 1 adjustment every 3 years.
