The warranty on the hearing aids is 2 years. The costs of the repair are then free. Unless it has been used improperly, there will be costs associated with the repair.

The warranty can be extended to 5 years. We will repair the hearing aid for 5 years free of charge in the event of a defect.

What does a repair cost if you do not have a warranty?

What is included in the warranty?

Everything that breaks on the hearing aid itself (not the accessories) will be repaired free of charge. You send the hearing aid in case of a defect and we will send it back after repair. If desired, we can lend you a temporary hearing aid.

The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase of the hearing aids.
