Starkey Warranty extension from 2 to 5 years - within the EU

The Starkey warranty on the hearing aids is 2 years. The costs of the repair are then free. Unless it has been used improperly, there will be costs associated with the repair.

The warranty can be extended to 5 years. We will repair the hearing aid for 5 years free of charge in the event of a defect.

What does a repair cost if you do not have a warranty?

For hearing aids that are no more than 5 years old, a repair costs 145, - per repair. Also here applies; has the appliance become defective due to improper use? Then there are higher costs associated with this. Is your hearing aid older? Please contact us by telephone for a tailor-made offer.

At Online-HearingAids.com you can take out a 3-year extra warranty for an amount of € 99, -. The costs are therefore almost equal to a possible repair!

What is included in the warranty?

Everything that breaks on the hearing aid itself (not the accessories) will be repaired free of charge. You send the hearing aid in case of a defect and we will send it back after repair.

The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase of the hearing aids and is only valid within Europe.
