What is an AX hearing aid?

AAugmented Xperience hearing aids contain two separate processors that can fully optimise the various signal ranges without detriment to the other range. Speech and background noise are processed separately, creating a clear contrast. They are then recombined, resulting in excellent speech clarity. Ambient noises sound pleasant, so you will not have to make an effort to separate speech from background noise.

Even in challenging hearing scenarios, conversations are easy to follow. Moreover, your brain will have to put in less effort into hearing, giving you more energy all day long.

What distinguishes an AX hearing aid from a standard hearing aid?

SStandard hearing aids process all sounds using a single processor according to a single philosophy. The disadvantage of using a single processor is that all signals end up competing with one another. One signal range will be given priority, while another is ignored. This makes it difficult to follow a conversation in noisy environments.

Augmented Xperience hearing aids have two separate processors. These are able to fully optimise the various signal ranges, without one signal range disadvantaging the other. Speech sound and ambient sound are composed in such a manner that excellent clarity of speech results.

The Pure Charge & Go is available both with and without an induction loop.
