About the Oticon Opn Play hearing aid
With Oticon's Opn Play platform, the Danish company has broken a whole new ground, namely the made-for iPhone. Also, the Opn Play works with so-called directional directional microphones to amplify mainly voices coming from the front just like the previous Oticon Opn platform. Oticon, on the other hand, works with the theory to allow voices to come in from other places in the room as well. This allows you to understand the people behind and next to you as well. By letting sound through as cleanly as possible, you can filter and select for yourself.
Oticon Opn Play ensures that disruptive sounds such as rustling and ambient noises that you do not want to hear are removed from the displayed sound. This significantly improves understanding.

Improvements through software updates
With the new Oticon Opn Play, Oticon continues to work on the software, making updates in the software all the time. As a result, the devices are constantly being improved and features are being added. This is the first hearing aid that no longer whistles and therefore provides no feedback. This is very nice, especially if you order online, as it ensures that you will not need additional visits to an audiologist afterward.
These include noise reduction, wind noise suppression, and speech amplifiers. In all technologies, there is an ability to move treble to bass. This system is designed for the hearing impaired who hear high tones very badly. Instead of amplifying these frequencies, they are moved to an area of better hearing, this provides less distortion and more understanding. Each version also includes a tinnitus masker.
