Top 5 Checklist

Physically visit a shop? That’s not necessary anymore!

Follow these 5 easy service steps.

Step 1. Make sure there is no earwax in the ear, clean your ears regularly.
Step 2 Replace empty batteries to continue hearing well.
Step 3. Rechargeable hearing aid? Check the contacts of the hearing aid and the charger and clean them regularly with special disinfectant wipes. This way, the hearing aid will be charged properly.
Step 4. Clean the screens every evening so that they do not become clogged. If necessary, simply replace the domes/tips.
Step 5. Change the filter at least every 8 weeks. Earwax can build up there and impair the effectiveness of the hearing aid.

Can I visit a servicepoint somewhere?

We have service points at various locations, but it is no longer necessary to drop by there.
Our hearing care professionals can help anyone right at home because all of our advanced hearing aids can be adjusted and can receive maintenance remotely.
The online service is faster, cheaper and also safer.

Do my hearing aids have warranty?

We provide a two-year warranty as standard.
For 99 euros per hearing aid, you can upgrade to 5 years. This means that your hearing aids will be repaired if something breaks in the meantime.

What should I do if my hearing aid is defective?

Almost always the hearing aid is not defective, but that something else is off.
Such as a spare part that needs to be changed or that your hearing aid requires maintenance (e.g. a filter change).

How can I adjust my hearing aid settings later?

You can get a 30-minute remote setting for 35 euros.

However, 98% of our clients are satisfied with the first fitting and do not need a second fitting within two years.
Why do we do this? We work with the most modern hearing aids.

Can I return the hearing aids if I am not satisfied?

Yes, of course you can!
You have 60 days to return your hearing aids if you are not satisfied. Read here how this works.
