2 year free Oticon warranty

At Online-HearingAids.com we offer all of our premium hearing aids with a two year free warranty. During these two years, should you experience a defect or malfunction that requires an audiologist to look at, we will take care of it free of charge. Explain the details of the defect/malfunction in an Email to info@online-hearingaids.com. If it helps, attach a photo of the broken part(s). Our audiologist takes a look at the issue and decides whether or not the hearing aids need to be shipped to our office in the Netherlands. Should this be the case, we ask you to ship the hearing aid to us (these expenses are your own), we repair them free of charge and ship them back to you.
